"It is in excellent shape, but it is time for updates and upgrades. The bathroom's tub is so high it is a fall hazard. The hall carpet on the 4th floor is buckling and dirty. The elevator makes odd noises and bumpy. I love the hotel and have been staying there for over 15 years. The Bay Club is fantastic."

"Upscale hotel in city limits. Beautiful large room with very comfortable bed. Minibar. Large bathroom with nice toiletries. Wonderful breakfast with lots of items of choose, including mimosas. Heated pool and lovely hot tub. The hotel is pricey but luxurious. A bit far from most of the downtown restaurants, but easy drive to many nearby wineries."
