"We are experienced long term travelers who are always up for a 'unique' stay at a great price. This hotel definitely had the price point going for it and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant also looked cool, but it was empty with a strange vibe of haunted.....where were the staff? The room and bathroom were not great, maybe we booked the lowest priced room or maybe it's off season but the bathroom made me want to avoid it at all costs and the room itself....let's just say we...

"I was extremely impressed by the hospitality and staff going above and beyond to please the clients. The room is very well prepared with all the necessary (excellent coffee and tea), all toiletries. "I stayed here only 2 nights. the place itself is beautiful overlooking the mountain . Place was clean and vey comfortable. breakfast is very good and so is dinner. Now for the negative no receptionist to welcome you. If you go late you stay outside. Too many bus loads of hikers stay there and they are catered to 1st Since i did not get a paper of when to check out i did not know. If you want to stay an extra day and pay they will not accommodate. They open pool at 11:00a when people...

" It is 5 stars level for evrey thing. every thing is clean and new. the rooms are very big and the beds are comfort. the place have spa sawna and gym and a pool The breakfast is super delicious and very rich The service is very good lot of workers that looking to help with a smile. Felex the owner is always ther talking and asking and beeing polite and helpful. This is was my best stay in Romania"

"They did not find our registration and took a while to sort that out. Afterwards the person checking us in took forever to have over our keys. The hotel room had water dripping onto the floor which was a hazard. The air conditioner also stopped working overnight. Overall This was a terrible stay. "
