"Great stay, all staff were very friendly. This place is super dog friendly (I actually think nearly everyone in the building had a dog) During our evening meal one item on the menu was not quite right and they quickly sorted it out for us. The food was delicious too, including breakfast. The room was spotless and a lovely view across the valley."

Lovely log fires burning and a great place to stay for a celebration. Good parking and only a few minutes walk into the pretty market town which has pubs and an Indian along with lots of cafes."

"Small and quiet although a lot of traffic noise as our room was right on the roadside and no double glazing. Clean and orderly. No noise from other visitors. Staff helpful. Lovely small pool and sauna. The room was a bit on the small side, room for only one chair and we were two visitors but otherwise very comfortable. Beautiful situation and excellent walks from the hotel."
