"I had a nice time with my family during our first visit to the hotel. The lobby was beautiful, but our room needed maintenance. The bathroom door didn’t open or close properly, and the refrigerator was completely disconnected, so we had to plug it in ourselves to cool our food. Additionally, the curtains were dirty with chocolate stains, and the tables were covered in dust. Despite these issues, it is a good hotel, and we were still able to rest comfortably."

"The hotel was great in terms of the room, food (room service), and the gym but the staff was terrible. The man that greeted us (the supervisor) at valet was a jerk. Shouting orders at us. I literally had to stop him and say, "answer my question" before I could get the info I needed. Then we get to the front desk and they were miserable. "Like me, if you don't like to walk forever between a hotel front desk, hotel room, casino, and restaurants, this is our dream come true! There is a lot of road construction in this area that make getting there a bit tricky, and resort dining options and times are limited, but there is a sign stating that a food court is coming soon. Employees are extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back."
