"The property advertised free shuttle, but it was not available for the weekend.The room was clean ,but the ceiling and one wall had water damage. Besides hand soap, nothing else complementary.Even though the location is a 5 min drive away from the airport, taxi/ Uber very expensive , be aware if yo arrive on weekend."

"Great hotel, updated, quiet. Few things to improve. - No towels at the pool. - Have to take out your trash after your stay. It would literally take the cleaning crew 1 extra minute while you have to go looking for trash room in the basement. "

"My second stay in this lovely hotel. Love the Belle Epoque feel, but still offering modern comfort (air conditioning). Very attentive and friendly staff, who obviously take great pride working there. The location on the Capitole square is excellent. Three minute walk to the metro which is two stations from the Toulouse train station. Made my day trip to the Toulouse Lautrec museum in Albi a breeze. Same for arriving and departing by train. "

"Very friendly staff and overall clean lobby and room although relatively small for a double room. Breakfast is excellent and I particularly appreciate the orange juicer available to customers and the large choice of brioche and croissants. My only real gripe is that A/C was turned off in the entire hotel. Not because it was broken but because it was not the "season". Rooms were pretty hot and we had to open the windows in the morning and evening."

"Staff got an average rating due to 2 conflicting ratings. The front desk check in and receptionist was excellent. In contrast the restaurant staff was quite poor. There was no one in the restaurant and when we sat down and started to order food, we were told we were not in the restaurant seating and had to move 15 feet over to a different table in a large empty room to qualify to order dinner. "I really enjoyed my stay at ours bland Wilson, the hotel is placed near the heart of the centre. Lots of restaurants nearby, there’s the famous market as well at only one minute! You can easily walk everywhere or take any bus or transport to reach any destination. I definitely recommend it, my room was quite spacious and very clean. It can be a bit loud at night as the building is located in the corner between restaurants but I personally didn’t mind. Staff is very nice and helpful! I would...
