"Finger weg! We booked for one night with family, traveling from Germany. We tried to call twice to book a table for the dinner but no answer. When we arrived the owner said to us: sorry my bad, the hotel is fully booked and we have no rooms but we rebooked you (15min distance, totally different kind of accommodation).
