Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. "The property was a small wooden house and had a small space around it. The children enjoyed climbing up to their bedrooms. There were plenty of amenities and places to visit nearby."
