"Tudo perfeito! Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já tomei em um hotel. Vista do quarto maravilhosa. Tivemos um episódio desagradável: um funcionário no café da manhã foi muito rude com a gente. Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."

"Not being able to find a room anywhere, the proprietor agreed to stay way beyond their hours to accommodate me. All that with Charme and Grace very Late at night- almost into the wee hours. "We loved our stay here! We were travelling by bicycle and the storage, washing of daily sports gear service, saunas and spa facilities were great. Our room had a terrace and views over the beautiful garden and mountains beyond. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options incl. fresh fruits and honeycomb. We would happily stay again."

"Stayed for two nights. Location is nice with free bus connection to the city center. Service and front desk personell was friendly. Issues: - Property is worn down (except for the remodeled bathrooms). - Cleaning staff entered the room twice while still sleeping - ANTS! Minibar area and desk was clearly invaded by ants and even after complaining at the front desk, no action was taken / no alternative was offered to us (e.g. another room). Definitely an overrated and overpriced hotel for the...
