"I have been tomany hotels. this was one of my best. very clean. not to much stuff in room so easy to keep clean. staff were really great!!"

"This hotel is huge. The main foyer is brand new and gorgeous with bar, restaurant and swimming facilities. The rest of the hotel is a bit older. The room is an okay place to stay. The sheets are clean and the bathroom usable. But the floors did feel perpetually dirty underfoot. It's worth the money to stay and I enjoyed the experience. "

"Norfolks Arms was clean and we had a large room with view of the town and it was great. Only downside is all the great rooms are on the third floor and no elevator. We're in late 70's and 80's but still managed OK. Breakfast was good, our room was very clean. Looks like they are in the process of replacing carpets in the hallways that are getting worn, so they are keeping up with upkeep. Dont know how their smaller rooms are."

"I had a very warm welcome on arriving. Check was quick with nice staff. Bedroom was fine with ensuite shower room. It was quiet at night and I slept well. Breakfast was excellent well cooked and great value as it was included in the price of the room. Restaurant staff were very friendly and smiled which always nice and doesn't cost anyone anything, so well done 👍. I will come back.... "

"This was a very good choice for central Chichester: an easy walk from the station and out to Pallant House Gallery and to the jazz club venue- and indeed also to the independent cinema and the theatre. A good value stay at a busy time of year. Bathroom was spacious and modern and we appreciated the bath / shower combination"
