"The hotel was pretty good although the decor is shabby and very cold. he rooms are great for families, my kids loved the bunk beds but there was no children's menu at the bar or restaurant. In the hotel info it mentions a shuttle to the airport, we were directed to a touchscreen station by the receptionist that allowed us to book an Uber/Taxi that would have cost us 27 pounds to travel less than a mile, the doorman told us that there is a bus that goes to Terminals 2 and 3 that passes by the...

"We stayed for two nights at the end of December. Executive double room. The room was spacious and clean.the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that the room was not warm enough and no manners of fiddling with the thermostat would solve it. "

"This hotel is in a beautiful part of Surrey, our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We were in 3019 which didn’t have a window view due to obscured glass which was a shame but as we only stayed one night it didn’t bother us. Our only other observation which we thought was odd was the mirror in the bathroom was much to high - I am 5ft 5in and could only see the top of my head. Apart from that our stay was pleasant ."

"First and foremost, the location cannot be beat. It is so central to everything you need and beautifully situated on the water. The staff at the front desk during the day were all so helpful and kind, really made you feel like you were at home. My wife and I enjoyed the decor of the rooms, a little different than your typical hotel, but more character for sure. Very comfortable beds as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone."
