"It’s a decent stay for the price. The property is starting to show its age and the health club was out of commission during my stay. Included breakfast is good, not exceptional. It’s a short walk to the city center and all the great restaurants and pubs so not bad overall. "

I was a bit disappointed this time as there was works going on in one of the rooms beside me and they started before 9am… when I rang to ask them to stop so early, they advised that they would wait till after 9am… how is someone meant to enjoy a relaxing morning in a hotel when there is that type of noise going on? A heads up would have been nice and maybe drilling sound be after checkout! "

"Overall the hotel was good, the only points I would raise are with the room. A big room was allocated with a Queen size double and two singles, presumably a family room. It was at the top of a steep stair, not good for children. The smart TV was so smart it gave you the program it wanted no matter what you selected. The bathroom was fine except for only one hook to hang towels on and the small radiator not fixed to the wall. I would use the hotel again but not in rooms 15 and 16"
