"All but one staff member was SO friendly!! They all went out of their way to be helpful and kind. We only stayed one night, but it was positive experience. The one person who was rude was dealt with promptly and it was handled and resolved without a big fuss. Definitely recommend staying here. "

It looks modern, but the wall paper was lifting at every seam, even coming off in some areas. The toilet seat was so loose, it made you feel like you would fall off, and the shower pressure was super light. I was quite surprised. It also had a stale smell… like maybe it was a smoking room at one point t in the past. We stayed in 319, so avoid that one if you are sensitive to...

"Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment....
