Attitude of the management: "You are our last cuctomers for the season, so we don't provide service. If you don't like it, LEAVE!!!!!". We had prepaid. We might not be the last customers, as rooms are still bookable (at a reduced rate). Examples: Dirty Pool, not fit to swim in. "The resort fees were added were not needed as its just a pool there. The xtra for towels were ridiculous. With that said the resort itself and the shuttle sea were very nice convenient "

"The hotel is not very close to anything and walking outside the hotel I would not recommend. Roads are busy and steep hills. Nothing really around you. Rooms are very old and damp. Hotel music very loud until midnight at times. Pool and beach are adequate. "

"A solo pasos del mar con un excelente boardwalk para correr, delicioso desayunos, la piscina limpia y temperada, excelente si tienen niños ya que hay un parque para jugar dentro del hotel. "Stayed here one night. Felt safe and our car stayed in the garage which is gated. Big bathroom small shower. It was 3 of us and each of us stayed in a twin. Too small for us but one night worked. Big complaint was no ac. It was hard to sleep since i was hot. If we opened the window no screen to stop any bug. Breakfast could be way better. It was limited. Over all though i liked it and neighborhoods was quiet. P.S. bring cash to this town if you are american. Was hard to pump gas since it didn't...

"This hotel was a very comfortable place for a night. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed on Mondays. We did not know that, it was the main reason for booking, we did not want to get in to the car after a long drive. Breakfast was very good though. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom has been renovated with all the luxuries."

There was no food available when we arrived and the breakfast included consisted of crouton like bread in packets with a selection of jams and chocolate or custard croissants. "Stayed for one night here and was impressed in general. Decor was a little dated in the room but the bathroom was nice and modern. Very clean rooms with good service and good location. Would stay here again if I was in the local area. Only real criticism was the water pressure in the showers...was extremely weak and the valve that changes from overhead shower to hand held shower would barely switch due to the low pressure. "Ein super tolles Hotel, sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer, traumhafter Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus, toller Service, sehr freundliche Angestellte. Lediglich das Personal im Frühstückssaal könnte den Service verbessern und der Kaffee zum Frühstück ließ geschmacklich zu wünschen übrig. Alles andere war spitzenmäßig. Jederzeit wieder!!!"
