"Liked the character of the hotel. Clean & quiet. Good value for money.Carpet in room worn, lovely refurbished bathroom but light on mirror didn't work. Couldn't fill kettle from basin as wouldn't fit under tap. Would stay again"

Parking is an issue as car park was full but there is a larger public car park, £13 per 24hrs, would be nice if, as a hotel resident they would off set this as the hotel car park is so small and can only fit 6-7 cars, so that would have been a nice gesture as a guest. food was great, but very small portions, I ordered the king scallops for starters only to have two scallops which was...

"Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The hotel is in an excellent location and was easy to get to using public transport. My son enjoyed the bunk beds in the family room and tea/coffee etc were replenished daily. The pool and jacuzzi were great."

"The place needs a bit of TLC but the Receptionist AJ is a super star and was so friendly and supportive. Breakfast was ok but nothing special, a bit cold and no fresh fruit choice. I will stay again purely due to good location"
