Staff is ok, Had a bit of confusion on third guest but owner himself stepped in to put the matter to justice. Rooftop area is impressive, enough staff to listen to your needs, everything is elegant, stylist and cleaning parameters is top class, Not a pinch of dirt anywhere. "Terrible service. Took 4-5 requests for everything. Flush wasn’t working well. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast started an hour late with slow service. Electrical were shot. I’d rate it as a 2 star hotel tops."

"I loved The Fort, it had enough amenities to match its style, what a beautiful property, if you love history you will love the Fort, the staff are lovely, so friendly, so helpful, the surrounding shops are full of lovely people too. The 4 poster bed I had was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, they don't make them like that anymore. The food was so tasty too, Im going to go back thats for sure! Excellent value for money too, i thought they were joking when I got my bill :D "
