He was loudly and aggressively beating on his ceiling (our floor) and would scream anytime we walked outside to “be quiet”. It was around 8:30 pm & all of our kids were laying down for the night. We, by all means, were not being loud. I had to contact security. No other issues & that wasn’t fault of the condo itself. I would recommend staying here & will stay...

"The pictures are a little deceiving. This place is small. It was nice, but the beds in the extra bedroom leave alot to be desired. Great for kids, but definitely not adults. Mattress need to be replaced & you literally have to side step beyltween the beds to get in. Master bathroom had pee on the seat when we arrived. Other than that everything was great and grounds are really nice for families with the playground and trails. Pool was closed while we were there, but I'm sure it is great too. If...

"A/c did not work in one of the main rooms. Maintenance could not fix it and they offered no other help or cooling options. It was hot. We used fans which helped at night. Stairs outside were not safe and falling apart. Could not use main door at night. Otherwise we enjoyed the pool table "

Each condo was very roomy, very well equipped for cooking, games & books and beautifully decorated with a relaxing color palette snd had a king room Thoth bathroom and a queen room with a bathroom. The balconies each were furnished with a table and chairs for 6 or a glider, coffee table and extra comfy chairs for 6 and look out to beautiful trees and green area. "This was our first time staying here. We were on the bottom floor and had to listen to the people above us creek around while they walked around all night. The curtains on the windows did not cover the entire window when closed. So if someone would walk by outside they were able to see in. The traffic on the road does not obey the speed limit so if you are walking on the sidewalk people speed past you. The room was not stocked with enough towels or toiletries for the length of stay. "
