If not closed fully lift will not function. Staff run upstairs to deal with the problem quickly when informed but clients can be left waiting and wondering why. Rooms recently renovated. "The shower head was broken which I didn't notice until the next morning and it was like showering with a hose pipe. On reporting it to reception at check out, they already knew about it but I was still given the room even though I checked in before 16.00 so many other rooms were available."
