"Rooms needs to be renovated to the five stars hotel level, specially bathrooms. There were hard water marks everywhere in the bathroom also on a wood floor in the main area of our room. Someone probably spilled something on a hardwood floor previously. Buffet breakfast and dinner is average, food was not hot, waiter had to warm our food in the microwave. I would not consider this hotel as a five stars property. "

"The pictures posted to advertise this place and rating as 4-star was deceiving. We booked deluxe rooms, on entry the reception area was dark, no proper lighting and looked like we walked into haunted place. On entry to room, all I can smell was cigarettes smoke, room was unkempt, the walls were filthy, peeling of wallpapers or paint, stained chairs, flickering light in the toilet, chipped cups etc.. List gets bigger and bigger, I don't want to waste any further time with a review for this hotel...

"We were a honeymoon couple and we were not given the category of room which we had asked for and booked for- floating room. Whilst booking we had called the hotel that we particularly want the floating room when booked with expedia but not given. Even the staff is lousy. Expedia staff kept calling the hotel but the night Reception staff kept hanging their phone without answering and finally kept the phone aside.spoiled our honeymoon plans. "
