It is now 20 years old and despite several branding changes (now VOCO an IIHG hotel) and a renovation, the service and remodel is substandard. "The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit of over 1100 sq ft is an amazing value. The unit was very contemporary and very well maintained. It was like a small house with even a separate laundry room of good size. All appliances are top line and in good condition. My unit was a corner one, with lots of windows. You’ll have a great view since the hotel starts on the 40th floor of a 52 story building. "Service at the guste and hospitality department is not professional. I had them receiving some parcels for me, the guy working there seems rude and impatient. Condition is also not very satisfied, too old and air conditioner is not working well."

"Recommended, the apartment is clean and very comfortable. The service is also very good. The only cons is probably it's location which is situated in the middle of industrial area, thus the nearest shopping center is about 15-20 mins walking distance."
