"LOCATION you cannot fault! So close to old town! But its showing its age & outside enviro not the most pleasant. It seems any big train station anywhere in the world display social issues of the city. If not for the closeness to old town, would rate it 3 stars at best. Annecy old town is amongst the prettiest places on earth I have been to & Ive been to many. Only good for 2-night stay max. Limited kitchen facilities. Room overall a bit dark to our liking."

"Excellent hotel, central location. Bus stops outside. Great breakfast& complimentary afternoon tea every day. Duplex room v spacious for 4 persons. Excellent value for money in pre season week."

"The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…"

"Hotel was very nice but room did not cool at night and do we opened the window for cooler air. People outside yelling till 4am so the nights rest was not good."

"The town was very quiet which made this stay one we would have shortened, however a day trip to Annecy made staying here worth it. This property is more like an up-scale dorm room and I’m certain it’s great for a skiing crash pad. "
