"The room we stayed in had a strong moldy smell. It was on the lowest level, perhaps below ground. Nevertheless, I am very sensitive to mold and I do not think that any room should have a moldy smell. Otherwise, the hotel was fine."

It was spacious, very much in style of the historic area, yet had lots of outlets for easy computer use and phone charging. It was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect--easy to get to from the train station and then to explore Arezzo and their wonderful museums and churches. "I hit my head on the beam at the top of the stairs in our room. Ouch! Other than that everything else was great. The owner did try to talk us into taking a bus, instead of walking all the way, to Gubbio but the walk was much better than he'd described and so we were glad we walked the whole way."

"Full-size, one bedroom apartment in a modern building close to the train station. It’s next to the railroad tracks, but only 2-3 trains came through at night – after the first night we didn’t notice them (stayed there 4 nights). Nice, helpful manager. "
