"Great location close to the old center of town. Beautiful hotel and interior courtyards. However, the staff were young and inexperienced and appear to need more guidance - both coffee machines in the breakfast room did not work for over 30 minutes. Dirty coffee cups were left on counters in the hallways. Bar staff on Saturday evening were more busy "tidying" an hour before closure than looking after the clients present etc. - small things but they affect the overall customer experience in a 4...

"We loved the hotel. Unfortunately we were only staying for 1 night. I wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel is within walking distance of the center of the old town. Lots to see and enjoy. The decor of the hotel is wonderful. The staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. We would definitely stay there again."

All of the staff were very helpful and accomodating. it is very well located, and within easy walking distance from the Place Nationale downtown area. I recommend it highly."
