"Good location hotel, walkable distance from Ancona old town and lake. Nice pickup and drop of with hotel bus (from and to Locarno train station. Staff was overwhelmed with a series of group booking, confusion was evident but no improvement. My room was a small but with a view, AC not working and none of the staff knew how to fix it. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the lake and pool was a nice setting but staff again overwhelmed with groups."

Nur ein paar Schritte zum See. - Schönes, feines und gemütliches Frühstück. - Gratis Wasser im Zimmer. - Ticino Ticket lag schon im Zimmer bereit. Neutral: -Zimmer und Bad waren relativ klein war aber für mich in Ordnung. Negativ: - Das Bett war etwas durchgelegen oder ziemlich weich und das Kissen war etwas klein und nicht sehr stützend."

"Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely"

"Parking is a NIGHTMARE and the staff was rude about helping us figure out parking. They should really have a link that clearly tells people there is NO PARKING at the hotel and where the parking lots are located. (We had to walk .8 of a mile with our luggage which was totally unacceptable for how much we paid per night! They should have at least told us we could drive up and drop our luggage.) The room was big, clean and had a great view. The coffee maker was nice, but instructions in English...

Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr hübsch und modern, lediglich die Zimmer sind in den 90er oder 00ern stehen geblieben, das Bad war dafür top modern und auf dem neusten Stand :-) Das Essen sowie das Frühstück sind hervorragend und durchaus empfehlenswert! "This is a resort with beautiful facilities & grounds. Dining options including breakfast were excellent. The inside dining room & outside were exactly what you would expect of a top of the line Swiss resort. Driving to anywhere along Lago Maggiore is just beautiful with stunning mountain vistas that take your breath away. Bellanzona with its 3 castles, Coripo is for the VERY adventurous but worth every minute of a trip. All these are a short drive from the resort."
