"The hotel self was nice and the staff were very friendly. They gave me tips etc. And helped me through my stay. The shuttle bus was very convenient when you travel via MXP. "Really great property in the countryside. Was out of season and a little quiet but I can imagine it to be full in Summertime. Staff were extremely helpful & polite. Room was nice enough but toilet seat was cheap & needed replacing. I would recommend hiring a car to get around as it was quite remote and you literally cannot walk anywhere as it’s on a winding country road with no walking pathway. The free shuttle service is brilliant and they will take you to nearby Arona/Lake Maggoire for €15...

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food was great. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We loved our room since it had a beautiful view of the city and lake. It had a kitchen with a full size fridge, but unfortunately pots, pans and utensils were not included. We highly recommend this hotel, and whenever we are in Lugano we will definitely stay here.
