No kettle in the room to make tea and the weather was so cold. I went to ask for water to make tea, I was charge €4 for hot water only. The dinner was so o expensive and tasteless. I paid €261 for a night. What a waste. "

"Great hotel! clean room and helpful staff. also 20 min walk to town center but sound was an issue in the rooms as you could hear the room next door or people walking down the corridor. another plus was the supermarket downstairs was very handy "

"Beautiful 17th century villa, Friendly staff makes you feel at home. Rooms very clean with nice pillows and sheets. Good restaurant as well. Provides shuttle to/from Fiera de Vicenza for a small fee which was very helpful."
