"Centrally located near Roma Termini and also major sites in a quieter district. Hotel was beautifully decorated throughout as were the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, great service. We had some minor issues in our room, a bottle of someone’s water had been left on the window sill and the bathroom was clean but a little tired and the toilet flush had some issues which the hotel sorted out. The shower soap had run out and wasn’t replaced so we had to make do with the sink handwash. There...
