"It was not the worst experience, but it was not the best. We had to change rooms because there was a hole in the shower where the faucet was suppose to be. Not sure if maintenance forgot to alert the front desk so the room would not be rented. They did not have anymore double bed rooms, so had to settle for a king size bed for myself and my daughter. They handeled it very professionally. I just think maintenance dropped the ball. "

"We unfortunately were not able to check in early on Sunday due to rooms being completely booked. Till we got back to get into our room it was 0130. Our room and bathroom were spacious and clean! The beds were the most comfortable beds ever! 2nd SpringHill I have stayed in and the staff and our rooms were fabulous! Thank you!"
