"Very nice place. Staff was very helpful. The unit we stay was nice and clean. Notice the shower floor was bit slippery, however, hotel is aware of this, so they provide this paper for you to lay down on the shower base that helps with the slippery problem. The only complaint I have, and this is something Expedia needs to be made aware is that on their description show this place with air conditioning system, but this is regulated either to be hot or cold depending on the month, I guess. "My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "My room had a great view of the water. There was a balcony, too. Room did not have carpeting which makes it feel cleaner as carpeting holds dirt and dust mites. Breakfast buffet was plentiful.
