They helped with our luggage and we were welcomed to our rooms with fresh baked shortbread cookies and prosecco. It was lovely. The cooked to order breakfast that was included in our stay was delicious and fresh and again provided with a courteous level of friendly service and efficiency. "

"Had a short stay in Londonderry as part of a Northern Ireland holiday. Katie who checked me in was lovely and really helpful. Great recommendation re: city wall tour. Also, she made sure that I was aware that there was a train strike ongoing in case I was planning to go on the trains. Location of hotel is really good. Nearby to public transport, local attractions and places to eat. Hotel itself has a restaurant with a reasonably priced menu. "

"Just spent 3 nights here. Staff excellent as was the restaurant and bar facilities. Room serviced daily and always clean It is also very popular with locals and advise booking the restaurant It’s located about 15 min walk along the river walkway from the centre of Derry but if you don’t want walk taxis are plentiful and cheap If I had any small issue was that we were ground floor and suffered slightly from noise associated with the nearby shops and the bins from the bar There has been lot of money spent on hotel and it shows Special shout out to the restaurant staff and manager Would definately recommend both Derry and this hotel for a stay "

"Lovely stay staff very friendly and welcoming. Food in brasserie excellent. As we went as a couple the leisure facilities weren't what we had expected and they were quite crowded with a lot of kids. We stay often at Crawford burn another Galgorm hotel which is more suitable for couples for a relaxing stay.overall nice overnight stay and good value for money. If you were going with a couple of kids ideal."
