"This was the only hotel we have ever stayed in that charged extra for the swimming pool 15 euro per person is a bit extreme. Get rid of the two comforters on the beds. Go with one large one. Much more comfortable "

"It's a beautiful rustic hotel, has everything that you need. A double room is actually a flat, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed downstairs. Pretty amazing! Also very easy to access all the slopes around. "

"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"We stayed in the Love Suite and it was beautiful! The giant windows offered breathtaking views, and the room was spacious, with many amenities. The bed perfect and extremely comfortable, and the room was spotless each day, with ample towels and a luxurious bathrobe. The staff was extremely attentive and thoughtful. "Hotel was very clean, modern and great sized rooms. Great selection of hot and cold foods in breakfast buffet. Only downside was the pool which could only be used by families between 2 and 3.30pm which is no good if you are out skiing. Use of pool in early mornings and up to 6pm in afternoon/evening would be better for families with young children."

"The hotel is Grand in every sense. With beautiful gardens, fountain, indoor and outdoor pools, lovely buffet breakfast room overlooking the gardens, it was quite a lovely hotel. Only issue is the dinners on the half plan, which I would not recommend as they include heavy food with limited choices. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area for dinner.
