"As soon as you walk in you step back into the 80s. This place needs a facelift and everything else included ASAP. The rooms are ok, the beds are hard! Cold tile flooring everywhere. The ALL INCLUSIVE is the biggest rip off EVER! The food is complete garbage and they only serve pasta and fish so if you don’t eat that you are screwed. "This is a french traveler´s location and the staff at the bar spoke only french - in Sicilia! If you´d like to be entertained all night this hotel is recommended, if you prefere to sleep, rather not. Everything is run down and old, four stars is a joke! The card system to get a drink at the bar is rediculous. Internet access is very complicated and tremendously expensive. Take this location off the Hotel.com system!"

"Not really appropriately advertised. Not an upscale property and doesn’t have all of the amenities listed. The WiFi doesn’t work, the pool bar was rarely open, breakfast wasn’t refilled daily. There was no shuttles to the town or to the beach as mentioned. There aren’t lots of restaurants nearby and it’s about a 40 minute walk into the town. We also had no safe in our room.
