"This is a very traditional historic Swiss Hotel, located next to a bus station that is the end of the line (about a twenty minute scenic bus ride to St. Moritz). Because the hotel is very old, it has natural character and charm. That said, the bathrooms are modern. "The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. "The spa is downright false advertising. The hotel website has a whole page about the spa, featuring various steam rooms, etc, and saying the wellness area is open starting 8 in the morning. The reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed in the morning with the exception of a lukewarm bathtub sized whirlpool even after we complained to the hotel manager. Given that we picked this hotel because of the spa this was quite a turnoff. The room and the hotel bar were all right."
