"This was our second stay in the hotel, it was equally as good as the first. The bedrooms are spacious and very clean, breakfast is excellent with lots of choice and the staff were all very attentive. "

The hotel was very clean, the staff was very accommodating and the meals were very good. The parking was a bit difficult as the garage was tight but we managed. "After nearly a week of hiking in Madeira, I booked a stay at the Allegra as a treat to unwind and relax and it did not disappoint. The hotel is kept in impeccable condition, the staff are INCREDIBLY kind and helpful, breakfast was outstanding and the pool is beautiful. It is a little out of the way from the action in Funchal so I wouldn’t have wanted to stay the entire time here but if you’re looking for a place to get away and relax, this is for you. "
