"Great Mercure hotel, room was large enough for our 3 night stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. You can walk to all the restaurants at the port and Galleries Layfette and shopping centre attached to hotel. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We stayed two days before our cruise, it was a clean and safe hotel. It was across from the “Docks” which was wonderful to have so close - the (large) mall and museum was within walking distance as well as the cathedral. My only complaint would be the food and wait staff in the restaurant - he was fairly inattentive and we waited a long time to pay our cheque, we had to walk to the counter after some time to pay and the chicken club sandwich was cold and felt prepared in advance. "Within easy walking distance of Vieux Port and most of the main tourist attractions. The room itself has all the essentials. My boyfriend and I stayed here during Christmas and New Year's, so adding breakfast to the reservation came in handy especially when other places were closed. We had one minor issue when our key card wasn't working, but the staff were very helpful with letting us into our room when we needed it and trying to get the issue fixed quickly. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The hotel was great. The room was big and nice, everything was super clean, the staff very friendly, and breakfast was very complete. Parking was very easy, in a garage that’s like one block away from the hotel, and which you pay for at the reception when you check out. The spa was also very complete and very fun. Finally, the location is perfect. You can walk around the city and reach anywhere in a few minutes. Would definitely stay again."
