"The property was very close to the beach and very central to liveliest area of Benidorm.The hotel was very clean and the staff were ok.The pool area was very quiet with not much going on but some people like it that way.The food was good but you had to pay for water if you wanted it with your meal.Not much going on in the bar area but had a singer on one night can’t say about the rest of the week.Overall the hotel was very peaceful and we had a pleasant time."

"Hotel is absolutely beautiful, big area for sun loungers round the pool, gorgeous rooftop bar. Fantastic location. Glass bathroom wall means when turning the light on through the night you wake your partner. Half glass shower door, does not keep the water in, floor was soaked. Breakfast looked fantastic but was cold and tasteless."

"The Presidente is a lovely hotel, well located in the new town. It could be better however. I was astonished to be asked to pay €5 for the maid to top up tea/coffee etc in the room. Another drawback was the room aircon as despite ours being adjusted low, it remained extremely hot. God help you in the summer. And finally the lifts. What a calamity.
