"Hotel 1898 was a lovely stay. The location is convenient and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Despite the busy street below, it was quiet and the multiple layer curtains kept out all the light for a comfortable night rest. The view from the rooftop was incredible. The spa was also fantastic! "The front desk was extremely helpful and spoke English. He stored our bags, no charge. The lobby was spacious with seating and free coffee. I would return. My minor complaint was the hotel plumbing was under repair and caused the bathroom sink to clog. Also, the AC was not cold."
