"Too find accommodation in Melbourne under $200 a night with all amenities is near impossible. Although the Oaks on Collins is a little out dated it is very central to the whole city. Trams just outside the door. The room it self was very small, the bathroom was even smaller not very practical and very old. The beds were comfortable and allowed a good night sleep. No extras given ie shower caps, soap or face wahers. There wasn't a toaster in the room either. I suppose I could of asked but didn't....

"Great location and the hotel has excellent facilities. We loved the Pretty Boy bar. Service was excellent. The gym was also well equiped. Small but super quiet rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Great checkin assistance with parking. Very nice stay overall. Unfortunately bed a bit soft and low irritating noise from outside as well as neighbouring room. Aircon fan was noisy. "
