"Convenient from motorway. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy checkin and out. Food was average. The pool and gym area were great. Unfortunately the hotel corridor smelled of cigarettes."

"This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking. "

"The room was good, but please can you please provide bigger garbage can in the rooms. it barely fits a tissue. Separately my fridge was not working at all. Also the TV has very limited channels, a lot of the channels are completely distorted, you can hear but not see anything. The cleaning crew came by on Saturday to clean my room, np but they shut the heat in my room, the weather was very cold . Not acceptable"

"Beautiful hotel, our room was a feature room with stained glass windows and lots of carved stone and other features. Friendly and accommodating staff, nice breakfast in spectacular surroundings. Without doubt we’d stay again on our next visit"
