"We took a family room as we had a toddler and it was very handy to have interconnecting living and sleeping spaces. The hotel was clean and breakfast was good quality. The location means you can access the city centre easily via bus or metro. The (minor) issues that we felt were worth highlighting were the lack of room service menus, lack of fridge to store water/free bottles of water (albeit there is a paid for minibar) and also some slow service we had in the main bar in the lobby. "Excellent staff. I was reacting to the room spray they used and they moved me to a different room without carpet and with a window that opens. Excellent full breakfast with many options. Love the ginger shots and the beautiful seed breads. Petit croissants and pastries were very tasty. "
