The cottage is not luxury as it described online and almost everything needs replacing, apart from maybe a few things, but as we left the next morning, after one nights stay we did not stop to find out what worked and what didn't work."

"I stayed here whilst on a business trip and may I just say what a fantastic B&B. It was immaculate and I was made to feel very welcome by Peter & Caroline who are excellent hosts. The breakfast the next day was incredible and I was very well looked after. Can't recommend this place enough, 5 min walk from the town and the beach. Check it out. Will definitely stay here again. "A very spacious , clean and functional cottage in a very quiet location. Flank by a dairy farm and small holding which had sheep, one cow with calf .. Cow gave us an early wake up call but that's rural life for you. Obviously place was COVID cleaned and loads of materials to keep it clean. Real shame the homely things had been removed but that was a sensible precaution, Great base for Tintagel, Boscastle, Widecombe bay and much more .. We only stayed 3 nights but left amazingly relaxed .. And...
