"Had a lovely stay, I was there for business. The WiFi worked well which is a plus. Had a problem with the TV and the delightful duty manager tried her best to fix it before swapping it for another one, apologising for any inconvenience. Breakfast was superb and the tiny waitress from Thailand who was there was great, a wonderful personality. Only drawback was the lift was not working and they tried to put us on the 3td floor, my wife just cannot do that many stairs so I asked for a room on a lower floor which ended up behind an upgrade at no extra cost.
