The best aspect of our stay was the staff. I had a health issue and required a doctor. The front desk staff Katerina and Rapna ( sorry if I've misspelled your names) went above and beyond to arrange treatment in a timely manner. Their kindness and professionalism was very much appreciated. "

"Worth every penny. The hot springs, the saunas, the hotel itself. Every detail is there to ensure you are comfortable, relaxed, and happy.
