"Charming hotel in a bijou mountain village. We stayed in the main hotel, with a view towards the mountains - though there seem to be separate chalets too. Service extremely friendly and helpful, accommodating our slightly late arrival with good grace. Dinner portions were hearty and breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. "

"We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. "The room with balcony is very comfortable. Easy walk to the thermal spa through an underground tunnel. The front desk offers great help, especially I don’t speak Germany. The room services, the breakfast and the kindness of the front desk staff exceed our expectations! "

"Short walk or taxi from hotel to the ferry landing that takes you around Lake Chiemsee, that allows for a quieter, more relaxing lake experience. Included breakfast buffet was in a beautiful setting. ALL staff were so friendly and helpful. Room had a nice balcony, overlooking the marina, and the lake. Highly recommend!"
