"The hotel is well located right in the centre of Peterborough with plenty of onsite parking which is a bonus. Our only criticism would be directed towards the check-in on our arrival. The chap on reception seemed disinterested and bored as his body language showed. We didn't use the bar or the restaurant so we can't comment on these although the decor is very welcoming throughout the hotel and it's a lovely place to stay."

"I particularly felt the breakfast was first rate - even the fried eggs were uniquely without crusts! It was easy to get into Cambridge using the park-and-drive only a few minutes away."

"A lovely hotel very swish ! Rooms adequate . No mirror for make up ! Bathroom is wonderful. Breakfast was not the best, Sunday until 10.30 we went at 9.45 and the choose was cold scrambled egg ! And the other items were not tasty been out too long . "

"It was a Privilege Room, great view of the river. Good size room, comfortable bed - all as advertised. Not sure what happened to the daily newspaper, as described on the room details. Good breakfast, easy parking."

"The hotel is in a good location, very walkable to the popular sights. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely L'Occitane products in the bathroom. I ordered room service and although the food was very tasty it was only lukewarm. It arrived from the kitchen with no covers over the plates."
