"Unfortunately the staff is not friendly. They just do their job and that's it. The girls at the reception seemed bored. The room was clean but quite impersonal. You say it's transit, you don't feel like staying there for several days. The bathroom towels were clean but very worn. They were leaking blood. It is located 5 minutes from the metro. The buffet breakfast was lovely too…although I do enjoy baked beans with my sausage..egg and bacon lol..not a complaint..just missed those at the buffet breakfast 😊😉. Staff were super friendly. I’d recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Amsterdam central is easily accessible with the train station so close to the hotel. "

"Had a comfortable stay at this hotel. It’s in a shopping mall so easy access to food options and walking distance from canals and other sites. Less expensive than Amsterdam so used it as a base to sightsee there as well. "

"I was only there for one night. A lovely hotel. I just wish I had, had the time to try the facilities. My only issue was the marshmallow pillows. Even with 2 they were far too soft. I resorted to using the cushions, supplied."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Abit far from the train station, however that’s our fault. However the room was far too hot, and got uncomfortable. However the bed was like sleeping on a big cushion, absolutely lovely."
