"To start with, the beach which one sees on the hotel's promo pictures is 1) not easily reachable (the hotel is up on the hill and no way to reach it by car from elsewhere!) and 2) very small and inconvenient. Arrived with little heat in the room and no hot water; had to wait two hours before someone arrived and attitude of the owner indicated that we should not be bothering them with these problems. On the positive side, the breakfast was good as was the service of the young woman attending to same."

"Entrance to the hotel is on top of some 20 steps. There is a step free entrance at the side, but you would need to ask receptionist to open that from inside. Considering many visitors would have heavy bags, it would be better if they made the disable entrance more welcoming, instead it is a dirty entrance from outside, to a basement via some dark storage and corridor before arriving at the lift. Not a welcoming entrance for disable guests or someone with big suitcase. The room was very basic....

"Unexpected bills for everything..they just want your money! you have to pay to use there amminaties( beach and pool etc) Staff are so rude and not helpful at all, food is bad you may be lucky enough to have bugs in yours like we were! Rooms very basic our shower flooded the bathroom every time we used it.. fridge leaked water everywhere, avoid at all cost, terrible hotel! Will not be visiting again"
