"Nice hotel , but certain staff members need a chase up , miserable ignorant bar staff and maybe a bit of common courtesy of being able to book in by changing the language setting on the silly tablets from German and also the food menus etc etc , Sorry but this hole sadly let us down in many ways , ah well, for me I’d never go back "

"Second time we have stayed here. The location is excellent. The outside space and grounds are beautiful The staff we met were lovely, very pleasant. The breakfast room is huge and we enjoyed the breakfast too Negatives: it’s extremely dated and in some places it is actually shabby. The bed(s) were singles pulled together, not fastened, so they separated if you turned over during the night. The beds also had very ill fitting toppers on them which also moved. "Wonderful hotel. Beautiful surroundings next to an old town. Restaurant with quite simple but good food while most wines (not all) were really expensive. Quite a discrepancy between currywurst and a bottle of wine for 211€😂. The pommes special with curry sauce, red onions and mayo was absolutely delicious. Nice room but a lot of stairs. Good breakfast but not spectacular. "
