"Fantastic place to stay. Had a great meal in The Clubhouse, amazing chill and relax in the spa and a brilliant experience overall. Room Service menu could be a bit better unless we were directed to the wrong page? Felt there wasn’t really much on there for just snacks, especially after having such a large early afternoon meal"

"Amazing, last minute stay. We booked a 2 night weekend stay (last minute). From the moment of booking, Gail was attentive, helpful, friendly and immediately put us at ease. Excellent directions were given, and upon arrival we were very pleasantly surprised. We bagged a real bargain and everything was perfect with the cottage from start to finish. We used this cottage as a base to get to York (one of the busiest weekends due to Christmas Market), and although a little further out - the weekend...

"We stayed in Buttercup cottage. We were greeted by our host Rachel and made to feel very welcome. The cottage was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. The bedrooms were upstairs, a twin room which looked out over the countryside and also had velux windows for star gazing and the double room with velux windows. Downstairs was very spacious with a comfortable lounge, lovely dining room with a big table to eat round and take in the views, great kitchen with everything you need and so...
