For example, our bed wasn’t properly made any night (bottom sheet seemed just tossed onto bed with duvet to cover it). Tissue boxes empty, dirty dishes left in room, etc. things that are so easy to get right yet made the stay less comfortable. It was almost impossible to get anyone to answer the room service number, reception’s attitude was inconsistent. Sometimes good...

"A good airport hotel close to terminal 4. The room was a good size with adequate storage space and a separate bathroom. A very good buffet style breakfast was included and offered a good choice of hot and cold food. There was also a bar and restaurant serving food and drink in the evening. I would stay here again."
