"This is a lovely hotel. We stayed in a Jr. Suite for 4 days while visiting family and our stay in this hotel was perfect, will stay again when visiting the area. The suite was spacious, clean, modern and in great condition. Bathroom was very large with a nice bear claw bathtub and a large walk-in shower. WiFi was available throughout the hotel. "Check in was smooth, the reception and restaurant staff was helpful and service was good. HOWEVER, it was a terrible experience on the day we checked out. Another reception lady was there and presented with poor attitude and being very rude. Sadly that the whole staying experience was ruined by this lady. "We know the location since the late 1970s, always a food destination. Now with new owners and chef even more so - a real treat! Hotel had its quirks from Wi-Fi that only worked when standing by the door of our room (didn’t work in the lounge) to light bulbs out and forgotten breakfast items, some attention is needed.
